Return Eligibility
Return eligibility may vary depending on the item purchased. Please contact KM Clothing Co. before sending any item back through the contact us page. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To request a return, please provide:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Any relevant details or photos, if applicable
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns. We do not offer free return shipping.
Keeping our shipping costs as low as possible allows us to continue offering our shoes at competitive prices.
Condition of Returned Items
All approved returns must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, tags, accessories, and other items included with the purchase.
Items that are returned dirty, worn, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging will not qualify for a refund.
If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition or without the required original packaging, a refund may be denied.
